Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication status, profile details, and optional profile picture.

We may collect study activity such as quiz attempts, answers, scores, progress, bookmarks, mistake notebook entries, flashcard activity, offline pack status, and app settings.

We may collect purchase and subscription status from Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may collect support and content review information, such as question reports, support messages, and related troubleshooting details.

We may collect technical information such as app version, device type, IP address, server logs, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

The app does not collect location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or microphone data. Camera or photo library access is used only when you choose to add or update your profile picture.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide quizzes, mock exams, flashcards, and review tools.

We use information to save progress, bookmarks, mistakes, and study history; sync data across devices when you use an account; verify purchases and restore premium access; show leaderboard rankings when you participate; respond to support requests; review reported questions; secure the app; prevent abuse; and maintain reliability.

Offline and Guest Data

Some information may be stored locally on your device so the app can work offline and load faster.

Guest activity may stay only on the device unless you sign in and use features that sync data. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or removing offline packs may delete local data.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, email delivery, authentication, support, and Google Play billing services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate notice.

If you join leaderboard features, your display name, profile image if available, score, points, and ranking may be visible to other users.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect account and study data, including HTTPS for data transmission and secure local storage for authentication sessions where supported.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the app and limit access to data.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, keep study history available, verify purchases, resolve disputes, improve content quality, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.

You can request account deletion from inside the app or by emailing belsondachi@gmail.com. You can also review deletion steps at cyfrintech.com/account-deletion. When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify associated account data unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or transaction record purposes.

Your Choices

You may use available guest features without creating an account.

You may sign out, manage app settings, remove offline packs, choose whether to upload a profile picture, or contact us to access, correct, or delete account data.

Children

ExamReviewer PH is intended for exam reviewers and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The effective date shows when this policy was last updated. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through other reasonable notice.
